How does membership work?

$10 is your buy-in. That will get you your first asset drop. Then each month after, we’ll bill you $5 on the first and send you that month’s new asset drop. You’ll stay at $5/month for the lifetime of your membership, only having to buy back in at $10 if your membership gets cancelled.

Do I need to attribute the artist or NuSupply?

Nope, but we don't mind shoutouts. If you share on Instagram, use the hashtag #madewithnusupply to be featured on our IG.

Will I have access to download past packs from my subscription?

Unfortunately, we can only give you access to the drops from the months where you had a membership. We try to pay our contributors well, and that limits us from giving you access to things beyond your membership timeline.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yep! Just be sure to cancel it before you get billed for the next month. Refunds are tough for digital items since there’s no way to revoke access.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, since we deliver your graphics as soon as we bill you, we're unable to offer refunds. Digital products aren't easily returnable. Be sure to cancel as soon as you decide you want to stop using our packs.

Can my whole team use these assets or can I share them with team members?

Each subscription grants you an individual extended license. If you want multiple team members to have access to the files, you'll need to get subscriptions for each. Since the subscriptions are so cheap, this allows our contributors to get a fair cut of the revenue.

If I cancel my membership, can I use what I already received?

Yep! Once we've sent you the files, they're yours to use.

Can I submit a product to be part of a future asset drop?

Sure! Contact us and send a link to the products. (Either on your IG or a Dropbox link.)
