You can:

• Use design assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Use assets to create a product, either free or for sale.

You can not:

• Use resources in an unaltered way.
  The exception being fonts. Assets must be significantly different than the original piece; requiring time, effort, and skill to produce; and not deriving its primary value from the piece itself.
• Sell or redistribute the resources for free.
  This includes providing source files to clients. They are intended for your own purposes.
• Use on projects where the client’s annual revenue exceeds 20 million USD.

If you want multiple team members to have access to the files, you’ll need to grab a subscription for each.
